Most marshmallows start with sugar syrup. Ours start with organic honey. The base is honey and gelatin, nothing else. Each flavour adds only its own note and takes its colour from nature.

Organic honey

Gelatin

Beef gelatin gives the cube its soft spring. It also makes every Rose Paradise marshmallow halal.

Its own note
