Two ingredients. Nothing to hide.

Organic honey

All of the sweetness and most of the flavour. Its warmth is what you taste first. [honey origin — confirm with Tasha]

Gelatin

Beef gelatin gives each cube its slow, pillowy give. That is the whole base.

Each flavour then adds only its own notes, such as vanilla or a pinch of salt, and a natural colour. Nothing else.
