Two ingredients. That's the base.

A lot of marshmallow starts with corn syrup. Ours starts with organic honey, set with gelatin. Each flavour adds its own note and nothing else.

Whipped, set, and cut by hand.

Every batch is made by hand in the UAE. There's no production line and no machine cutter, so the edges are a little uneven and every cube is slightly different. You can tell.
